Lost and Found
This video presents a complication which can happen , although rarely, with a retinal detachment surgery specially in congenital abnormaloties. Here the medial rectus muscle was accidentally resected in a case of conjuctival lipodermoid . A sqint surgeom was called on table and the lost medial rectus muscle was found out and sutured back.
