Ptosis adjustable levator resection surgery 

In this video we have used adjustable suture technique with levator resection via anterior approach.  It has been a known fact that to predict the amount of eyelid elevation at the time of surgery is difficult. Adjustable suture levator resection is a good technique in cases of mild- moderate ptosis with good levator action where surgical outcome is unpredictable. Morbidity associated with resurgery is also minimized as suture adjustment can be done on outpatient basis. Early revision is the key of success in ptosis repair as tissues can be easily manipulated.
