Compression Sutures- Rescue in Acute Hydrops!
A 30 year old high Myope with advanced keratoconus presented with acute diminution of vision with stromal edema. We managed the case with compression sutures followed by releasing the sutures after 3 Weeks. It's very difficult to visualise the actual cleft in endothelium. We hereby explain a novel way of putting compression sutures which results in quick resolution of edema and less scarring.
