Tackiness of an IOL- "Idea, Jo Badal De Dunia" in Complicated Cataract Surgery

In the era of high precision, the perfection is an important milstone. However in cases where complication occurs, it is difficult to deliver the precision and perfection!! 
The knoweledge and implementation of available resources may change the end result of a complicated surgery.
In complicated surgery where capsulorrhexis has been extended and patient was posted for Toric IOL or Presbyopic Correcting IOL, tackiness helps to great extent in stabilizing IOL. 
I am presenting the video of complicated cataract surgery where capsulorrhexis was extended and careful phaco was done. The IOL choice was changed on table with higher tackiness IOL was implanted which was stable on 1week, 6weeks and 6month follow up.
