Tearing in Patent syringing: CENTURION SYNDROME 

We often get to see the patient of almost young age groups , complaining of bilayetal excessive watering.  We do syringing and turns out to be patent. 
Hre comes the entity CENTURION SYNDROME.  not quite common but many young patient especially those with high nasal BRIDGE are prone to get it.
It is characterized by ANTERIOR placement of Medial palpebral ligament with eversion of puncti leading to watery eyes and epiphora. 
Video elaborated all the clinical features of the syndrome ad step by step approach to tackle Centurion syndrome.
Followed by the clinical photos of outcome of the surgical procedure. Centurion syndrome, 
Though very easy to diagnose but often overlooked.
