PAEDIATRIC EYELID MARGIN ANOMALIES 

a case series of paediatric lid margin ANOMALIES 
Purposes: To exhibit the various paediatric lid anomalies,  masses and spectra of management protocols. 
Methods: patient of age group 3 day to 14 years were included. Lid height deformity like ptosis and orbital diseases excluded. 4 case were of upper lid Tarsal KINK causing corneal blinding condition,  2 of congenital lowe lid entropion,  3 were of capillary hemangioma of lid margin, 6 lid COLOBOMA involving either one or both lids.
Results:
Upper lid tarsal kink was managed surgically by tarsal fractures and lid eversion. Congenital lower lid entropion managed by tucking of lower lid retractor and Hotz procedure. 
Capillary hemangioma were well resolved by oral nonselective beta blocker and COLOBOMA were repaired by appropriate lid reconstruction techniques. 
Conclusion:
Paediatric lid margins ANOMALIES can present to us in various forms. Early diagnosis and treatment helps child to save vision and stay away from different astigmati
