Pattern of non-infectious uveitis in a tertiary care hospital:  A multidisciplinary approach

Study design: Ambispectrive observational study.
Purpose: To analyze clinical patterns, systemic associations, and indication for starting systemic immunosupression in non-infectious uveitis .
Methods:  In this ambispectrive study, records were taken, Patients diagnosed with non-infectious uveitis were evaluated using detailed ocular examination, systemic workup was done. Data were recorded and analyzed.
Results:  Anterior uveitis(48%) was most common,followed intermediate and panuveitis (12%), rest is mixed.  systemic autoimmune disorders involvement majority includes idiopathic (52%), Spondyloarthritis and RA Factor(12%), VKH (8%).B/L involvement present in 52%, and U/L involvement present in 48%, while we have given single immunosupression(IS) in 60%, and combine IS is given in 40% .
Conclusion: Non-infectious uveitis exhibits diverse patterns with significant systemic links. This approach enables timely diagnosis, targeted therapy, and better outcomes.
