Small Grafts, Big Impact: SLET with AMG in a Young Patient
A 17 year old female presented with redness and blurring of vision since 1 year. On examination patients vision in RE was cf 2 mt and had 360 LSCD from resulting from chemical injury. Patient underwent SLET+ AMG under and on serial follow up for 3 months patients vision improved to 6/12 and ocular surface stabilised with complete recovery.
