Salvaging a complicated Posterior Polar Cataract

This was a case of dense posterior polar cataract and started out uneventful, then a posterior capsular dehiscence and consequently a large PC Rent was noted intra-operatively. 
Phaco-emulsification was done carefully and since a 3 piece IOL was not available at that point of time, so a single pice IOL was placed in sulcus. IOL was stable and patient is doing well post-operatively.
