Occult Anterior Chamber Foreign Body with Apparently Clear Cornea: A Rare Clinical Presentation

A 40-year-old female presented with complaints of foreign body sensation, watering, and redness in the left eye for three days following accidental entry of a foreign body while crossing a construction site near her home. On slit-lamp examination, a foreign body was identified in the anterior chamber of the left eye despite an apparently clear cornea and no obvious corneal wound. Patient underwent for surgical foreign body removal (metallic foreign body noted) with anterior chamber wash under local anaesthesia. Postoperatively patient improved with medications.
