Toilet vitrectomy in Phaco emulsification for shallow anterior chamber 

This procedure description is of a pars plana single23 g port trocar cannula assisted  vitrectomy for eyes with shallow anterior chamber like narrow angle glaucoma phacomorphic glaucoma nanopthalmos eyes . When AC is shallow the case gets tough and by transferring the vitreous space into the anterior chamber the AC becomes deep and Phaco surgery is simplified.
